SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING to Hong Kong and Macau for orders over HK$500 via SF Express. Orders that are under HK$500 will be charged a flat rate of HK$30. Orders will be processed within 3 days of the order date. For International Orders, please be aware of shipping delays due to Covid restrictions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy, items must still have original tags, receipt and packaging in order for returns and exchanges to be accepted. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. If the item is out of stock we will offer a full refund in exchange. No refunds or exchanges on SALE items, items bought with a gift card will be refunded on store credit. No refunds or exchanges on items bought with any form of vouchers.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All of our items are shipped from HK, therefore customs and duties charges may be applied by your country upon arrival at your borders. Please be aware that all charges are liable to be paid by the customer. You will be contacted directly by your local postal service if customs charges apply.
