  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We accept the following forms of payment, Credit Card, FPS, PayMe, WeChat, bank transfers and Octopus. Credit card payments are processed via Stripe.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
    All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your donors information.
  • How do I use promotional codes?
    Using a promotional code is simple. First, add your desired products to your cart, then look for an option to enter a promo code or voucher code at checkout. Enter the promo code in the given box and click apply. A discount will be applied to your order total at checkout.
  • How do I use my e-gift card?
    Using an e-gift card is simple. First, you have to add products to your cart, then look for an option to enter a gift card code. Enter the gift card code in the given box and click apply. A discount will be applied to your order total at checkout.
  • How can I track my order?
    The tracking number and order number are two different numbers. Upon shipping an SF Express tracking number will be emailed to you. You can log in this tracking number on the SF Express site to track your package  
  • Do you pay for shipping for any returns?
    We do not offer free shipping labels for returns. Exchange shipping costs will my incurred by the customer. We will cover the costs to mail back exchange items. Flow With Me does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.
